Telluride’s Newest Developments
Telluride and Mountain Village have several exiting new development projects breaking ground in 2024 and in the early planning stages for the next several years.
The Highline Residences
This new development, located at 98 Aspen Ridge Drive, is just steps from the Mountain Village core and is ski-in/ski-out via the Meadows ski run. There will be a total of 16 units, though only 10 will be offered from the get-go. Prices will range from approximately $5 million to $10 million depending on square footage, views, level, and unit. Residences will range from around 1,900 to 3,500 square feet offering three to five bedrooms.
As of today, floorplans should be available by January 31, 2024 and “reservations” for units will occur mid-February. Contracts can start being submitted in March. Construction is slated to break ground summer 2024 and take approximately two three years to complete.
Amenities will include private decks, in-unit air conditioning and oxygen, personal storage units, a ski general room with private lockers, common spaces, private elevators, underground parking, gym, soaking pool, and hot tub.
